Consultation on Improving the quality of the content on the social media platforms

Brief:

In today's digital age, social media is a primary channel for reaching and engaging with audiences. The quality of content shared on these platforms directly impacts brand perception, customer engagement, and conversion rates. To maximize the effectiveness of social media efforts, it's crucial to continuously enhance the quality and relevance of content.


Objectives:

  • Assess the current state of content across social media platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to improve engagement, clarity, and consistency.
  • Develop actionable recommendations to enhance content quality.



Process:

Through a survey link that was published on the social media channels to reach the target audience


Outcome

The results of the consultation showed the extent of customers' satisfaction with the social media platforms of the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment. It was explained that Instagram is their preferred platform at 83.9%, followed by Facebook at 16.1%. Most participants prefer Arabic at 66% as a language of communication and wish to add other languages such as Hindi and Chinese. The participants expressed their desire to address environmental and climate issues more than others. Accordingly, consultations were worked on that include environmental and animal issues. Based on the opinions of the public, they will continue The Ministry is working to improve the content to meet the public's expectations.
