His Excellency Dr. Rashid Ahmad Bin Fahad, the Minister of Environment and Water, received today in his office at the Ministry headquarters in Dubai, the Secretary of Agriculture of the Philippines, His Excellency Mr. Proceso Alcala.

During the meeting, Their Excellences reviewed bilateral relations between the two countries, and discussed ways of cooperation and coordination in the field of agricultural development, and the development of new technologies in order to achieve sustainable agricultural development.

From his part, His Excellency Bin Fahad has welcomed the cooperation with the Republic of the Philippines.
