Import of a veterinary products consignment

About the Service

This service allows obtaining approval for the importation of veterinary products from outside the country.

Required Documents

To Import:

  • None Except in the case of importing narcotic & controlled veterinary products an authorization permit issued by the Emirates Drug Establishment must be attached

To Release:

  • Customs declaration
  • Bill of landing
  • purchase invoice
  • Certificate of origin
  • Operating analysis certificate from the manufacturer

    Conditions & Requirements

    • The facility must have a Veterinary Products Facilities License (veterinary pharmaceutical warehouse).
    • Veterinary products must be registered on Emirates Drug Establishment lists and the registration valid.
    • The manufacturer should be registered in Emirates Drug Establishment and the registration valid.
