In the case of (Animal Care and Shelter Center, Breeding Center, Zoos, Circus, Animal Park, Scientific Research Center or Institution) attached the following documents:

1. Register the data of the technical staff who will work in the facility (ID number, name, job title, license numbers / details of approvals obtained from relevant authorities).
2. An approved site plan from the competent authority for the facility's location, along with a detailed plan of its buildings and various facilities, including food storage and preparation areas, animal isolation areas, and administrative buildings.
3. A document outlining the purpose of establishing the facility and detailing the methods, techniques, and technologies that will be used for animal breeding if this is among the facility's objectives.
4. A list of the types of animals intended to be housed in the facility and the facility's capacity concerning parent animals and offspring.
5. A document detailing waste disposal method.
6. A document outlining the routine procedures for handling dangerous animals.UAE
7. An insurance document from one of the licensed insurance companies in the country against the risks posed by dangerous animals.
8. A register detailing animal data (species, breed, gender, color, and any other distinguishing marks, as well as identification method data) and records of purchase and sale movements, including data on animal sources and buyers, with copies of relevant proofs retained.
9. A copy of the facility's operational plans, including healthcare plans, nutrition plans, and emergency plans.
10. A dedicated file containing CITES certificates for dangerous animals listed in the CITES appendices.
11. A register for recording births and deaths.
12. A register for monitoring the health status of dangerous animals within the facility and their immunization, to be used by the supervising veterinarian.
13. A dedicated register for daily activities in the facility, including feeding programs, cleaning and disinfection operations, and rodent control.
