Request for a veterinary health certificate for exporting or re-exporting live animals

About the Service

Through this service, a veterinary health certificate for live animals is obtained after examining them for the purpose of exporting or re-exporting them outside the country, valid for 30 days from the date of issuance

Service Process

  1. Fill out the electronic form

  2. E- Payment

  3. Physical examination and laboratory tests (if required)

  4. Issuing the health certificate electronically

Required Documents

  • A certificate of origin for the consignment, excluding the following consignments unless they are required from the importing country:
  1. Animals of Gulf origin exported to the GCC countries
  2. Dogs & Cats
  3. Falcons
  4. Animals under CITES appendixes
  • Copy of the import / approval permission issued by the importing country, except for companion animals
  • Any documents / reports for additional tests requested by the importing country

Conditions & Requirements

  1. Terms and conditions mentioned in Federal Law No. 6 of 1979 regarding veterinary quarantine
