Service Description

Through this service, the importation of pheromones, attractants, nuisances, additives and materials with mechanical or physical effect in the pest control will be approved and the shipment checked before release.

Service Procedures

To apply for a service over any of the service channels, you should register in the digital services system From here

To import:

  1. Fill out the electronic form
  2. E-payment
  3. Review the application and complete the procedures electronically
  4. Issuing the import permit electronically

To release:

  1. Fill out the electronic form
  2. E-payment
  3. Review the application electronically
  4. Release of consignment electronically

Service Fees

100 AED Request for the issue a import of the consignment of pheromones attractants repellants madditives
500 AED Request for the release of the consignment of pheromones attractants repellants madditives

Required Documents

For import permit:

  • No documents required

For release permit:

  • Copy of the customs declaration
  • Bill of lading
  • Certificate of origin
  • Certificate of composition of the material including active substances and their percentages of other inert substances from a governmental laboratory or from a laboratory accredited by Good Laboratory Standards (GLP).

Terms and Conditions

  1. The establishment must have an agricultural activity license that includes a pesticide trading activity (wholesale trade in agricultural pesticides / wholesale trade in public health pesticides)
  2. The material to be imported must be accredited in advance by the Ministry
