Request Subsidies for Fishers

About the Service

Through this service the fisher can obtain the annual support materials provided by the Ministry to the local fishers on the basis of specific requirements.

Service Process

To apply for a service over any of the service channels, you should register in the digital services system للتقديم على طلب عبر أي من قنوات تقديم الخدمة، يتطلب تسجيل حساب في نظام الخدمات الرقمية From here(من هنا)

  1. Fill-out the electronic form
  2. Payment of materials electronically (50% of purchase value)
  3. Issuance of an electronic exchange order
  4. Delivery of materials to the fisher

Required Documents

  • Stamped salary certificate or a court certificate declaring that the applicant is unemployed.

Conditions & Requirements

  1. The salary should not exceed 35,000 AED based on salary certificate.
  2. The fisher is enlisted in the Ministry’s public register before 2020.
  3. Th­e fisher did not receive support materials after 2018 (with the exception of the fisher who received support materials in 2022).
  4. The fisher actively engages and practices fishing.
  5. The fisher has not committed the following violations (possession or using prohibited fishing tools or equipment in accordance with the relevant legislations, fishing during prohibited seasons, and fishing in prohibited areas) in 2024.
  6. The fisher hereby commits to install the engine.

Issue an import permit for live fish and aquatic organisms

Through this service, a permit is issued to import live fish, aquatic organisms, ornamental fish, and broodstock or larvae of fish and aquatic organisms. At the entry port, the consignment will be inspected and will be released after confirming the data listed in the import permit of the consignment and ensuring that it meets the necessary technical requirements (valid for three months from issuance date)
