Import of nutritional supplements

To obtain import permission:

1. Fill out the electronic form
2. E - Payment
3. Issuing the import Permit electronically

To release the consignment:

1. Fill out the electronic form
2. E - Payment
3. Review the application and complete the procedures electronically
4. Clinical examination and laboratory tests (if required)
5. Issuing the release Permit electronically

Imports:

• No documents required

Release:

• Certificate of origin approved and issued by the competent authority
• A customs declaration or bill of landing indicating the consignment data
• Purchase bill
• certificate of analysis for each batch

To import feed additives, and nutritional supplements

1. Import and export of food supplements/feed additives) or a license for veterinary product  facilities (veterinary pharmaceutical warehouse
2. The product to be imported must be approved by the EDE for the company

To import food and nutritional supplements for honey bees:

1. The facility must have an agricultural activity license for the activity of trading and dealing in honey bees / The facility must have a license for the activities of trading and manufacturing food supplements that includes the activity of importing and exporting - supplements - feed additives, or a veterinary facility license that includes the activity of a veterinary pharmaceutical warehouse.
2. The product to be imported must be approved by the EDE

The permission is Valid for 30 days from the date of issue and then those consignments will be checked upon arrival to the State at the port of entry and release and to ensure that it comply with all import conditions and specification
