Import of an ozone-depleting substances (ODS) consignment

To import Permit:

1. Companies importing HCFCs must be registered with the Ministry from 2012.
2. An establishment wants to import, export or re-export controlled ozone-depleting substances, devices, equipment and products containing the same substance must register with the Ministry and obtain an import or re-export permit.
3. It does not allow the import of used equipment and products and devices that use the materials of ozone depleting controlled.
4. It is not allowed to import or export or re-export of Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer controlled to and from non-States Parties to the Montreal Protocol.
5. Transit shipments of controlled substances, devices, equipment or products containing the import permit from the concerned country of importation shall be required for the transit
6. It needs to be imported or re-imported consignment in transit or in excess of which amount to the exporting country at his own expense, in cases of import without prior authorization or non-conformity of shipment data permit or exceeded the permitted quota or provide a false data.
7. Companies allowed to import the vehicles mentioned in the table below shall not exceed their specified quotas based on their trading volume of these materials starting from 01/01/2013
