Service Process

Conditions & Requirements

  1. An Companies Register with the Ministry and licensed by local authorities, wishing to re-export controlled ozone-depleting substances, devices, equipment and products containing the same substance must obtain a re-export permit.
  2. Re-export of controlled ozone-depleting substances to States not party to the Montreal Protocol is prohibited.
  3. Ozone depleting substances included in the re-export authorization service are as follows:
