Requirements for renewal approval of processed animal feed, feed additives and nutritional supplements
- Free sale Certificate or equivalent issue from the competent authorities in the country of origin
- A copy of label of the product issued by manufacturer meet all of the following data:
- The trade name of the product.
- Ingredients and quantities of the product.
- Target animal SPP.
- Name and address of the manufacturer.
- Storage conditions.
- Indication.
- Contraindications, warnings and precautions (if any).
- Batch number, production date and expiry date.
- Veterinary use only or for animal use only
- In the case of feed mention” manufactured animal feed”, in the case of feed additives mention (feed additives) & In the case of feed supplement, mention (animal nutritional supplements).
