About the Service

A certificate is renewed of protection for New Plant Variety is issued by the Ministry, valid for a period of one year from the date of renew.

Service Process

  1. 1. Proactively create the application through the electronic system and send it to the customer one month before the license expires

  • Submit a renewal application within thirty days from the end of the annual protection until the end of the total protection period
