About the Service
• Through this service local fisher can sell and transfer the ownership of his/her fishing boat (license and boat body) which is registered with the ministry to another person who meets the requirements for enrollment in the general registry at the Ministry. A boat license and a captain card will be issued valid for 2 years from the date of transferring the fishing boat ownership.
Service Process

- 2. Review the application and complete the procedures electronically
- 3. Issue the fishing boat license, the captain card, deletion certificate of a fishing boat, fishing boat transfer contract
Required Documents
Required documents for the buyer:
- Copy of emirates ID card
- Copy of the full family book (compare it with the original)
- Passport copy
- Personal photo
- Certificate of Good Conduct and behavior
- Certificate or letter of no objection from the competent authority
- Fishing license issued by the competent local authority
- Medical fitness certificate to operate and sail a fishing boat
- Salary certificate / pension or a certificate from the competent court stating that the applicant is unemployed and does not receive a pension
- Technical inspection report issued by the National Guard
- Delisting certificate of a Maritime Transport issued by Coast Guard
Conditions & Requirements
- The buyer must have a customer account in the ministry's website
- The fishing boat license being sold must be valid
- Fishing boat and its engines must pass the technical examination test
- For registration in the fishing general registry the buyer must meet the following conditions:
-Be a UAE national
-Not less than (18) eighteen years of age.
- Be licensed by the competent authority.
-His name is not previously registered in the general fishing registry of the ministry.
-Be medically fit to manage and operate a fishing boat
-Be of good conduct and behavior

FAQ’s
- What is a disbursement order?
It is the electronic or paper document under which farmers' support materials are received from the supplying companies.
- How do I know that I meet the conditions to obtain support materials?
The farmers' support service is linked to the agricultural holding registration service, and thus the materials appear to each farmer based on the data recorded in his agricultural holding and his commitment to the requirements and standards indicated in the service card.
- What is the expected period for receiving materials?
The expected period for receiving the materials after completing the payment process is 15 working days.
- How are purchased materials received?
The materials are received from the distribution centers listed in the supplies guide, or the supplying companies deliver the materials to the farmer on the farm.
- What are the procedures taken in the event of a delay in delivering materials to customers?
The customer can contact the call center to follow up with the request.
- I purchased certain materials, but some of the remaining required materials were not available. When will the remaining materials be offered?
The materials are provided according to their availability.
- I did not receive a text message informing me that I can apply for the service?
Text messages are sent to farmers entitled to support materials according to the approved eligibility criteria and who have updated their contact information in the electronic services system.
