About the Service

This service allows obtaining approval for an import permit for a shipment of disinfectants, diagnostic materials, equipment, devices, veterinary supplies, and animal care products from outside the country. & release after verifying that she meets all the required conditions.

Service Process

To Import:

  1. Submit the application
  2. Pay the prescribed financial fee
  3. Review the application and complete the procedures
  4. Issuing import permit

To Release:

  1. Submit a release request
  2. Checking the documents
  3. Virtual inspection of the consignment
  4. Pay the prescribed financial fee
  5. Issuing the release permit

Conditions & Requirements

  1. The facility must have a Licensing of veterinary products facilities that includes activity of veterinary drug store

Disinfectants and diagnostic equipment, equipment, veterinary equipment and supplies and animal care materials shall be approved in the EDE’s lists

Service Fees


100 AED for request to issue a permit to import a consignment of disinfectant and diagnostic materials, veterinary equipment, tools and supplies, and animal welfare materials 500 AED for request to release a consignment of veterinary products, disinfectant and diagnostic materials, equipment, tools and veterinary supplies and imported animal welfare materials
