Cement structures as per the following conditions:

1. The outer surface must be covered with a layer of rocks

2. The materials used must be resistant to marine environment conditions, such as the salinity resistant cement 450 SRC, used in concrete to build the structure.

3. Natural rocks

4. It is prohibited to use structures and models made of plastic, fiberglass and other forms made of dangerous chemicals and hydrocarbons harmful to human health and marine life.

The fishing of Golden Travely and Painted Sweetlips is prohibited during their breedig season from 1 April to 30 april 2024-2026.

Fishing nets are prohibited for owners of Lansh boats and are allowed for those whose boats are registered in the Ministry under the type of "Tarrad" with the exception of Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

The open season for fishing anchovies and sardines is from August 1 to June 30 of the following year.

The use of nets is prohibited in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Fishing of arabian safi and sheri fish is allowed throghout the year.
